Whenever I go to a restaurant and water is served, the first thing I do is ask the waiter for lemon. I want lemon in my water. It’s become a habit of mine now for some time becomingone of the few constants in my life. Lemon spruces up a glass of still or sparkling with some taste and a slew of benefits.
